Delivery and Returns

1.1 You will be contacted within 7 working days of the date of the Order Confirmation to determine a delivery date. If no delivery date is specified, then the delivery date will be within 28 days of the date of the Order Confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances. In the event of such exceptional circumstances, we will contact you to inform you of this as soon as possible.

1.2 All pallet deliveries are by Tail Lift truck due to the large weight of the products. Any additional delivery requirements must be stated in the checkout process under 'Additional Notes', and you will be contacted within the 7 working days to discuss.

1.3 Parcell couriers are used when the purchased product/products are small enough to deliver by parcell. When the weight of a delivery is over 23KG's or the the dimensions exceed that permitted for a parcell by the courier, the product/products will be dispatched by pallet/pallets. All pallets will be loaded at the discretion of the work site staff in view to maximise the efficiency and space wihtout comprimising the safety of the driver or the customer, nor comprimising the integrity of the pallet structure or product.

1.4 Any 'self pick-ups' by the customer, will be aided by the use of a fork lift truck on the Broxap site, however once the product is in your possession Broxap relinquish any responsibility for the transport and manaover of the product from the vehicle and there after. 

1.5 Our site is only intended for use by people resident in the mainland UK and Northern Ireland. For orders to be delivered outside of mainland UK and Northen Ireland, please call to arrange alternate delivery.
